The Massachusetts Environmental Public Health Tracking (MA EPHT) network is maintained, managed and operated by the Bureau of Climate and Environmental Health (BCEH), within the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH).

In preparing the EPHT data sets every effort has been made to offer the most current, correct, complete and clearly expressed information as possible. Nevertheless, some errors in the data may exist. In particular, and without limitation, the MDPH disclaims any responsibility for source data, compilation and typographical errors, and accuracy of the information that may be contained in these data sets. These data sets do not represent the official legal versions of source documents or the data used to compile these data sets. If errors or otherwise inappropriate information are brought to our attention, a reasonable effort will be made to fix or remove them.

The MDPH, BCEH further reserves the right to make changes to these data sets at any time without notice. The MA EPHT data sets have been compiled from a variety of data sources, and are subject to change without notice.

These data sets are not designed for use as a primary regulatory tool in permitting or citing decisions.
